Jorge Favá

Jorge Favá has extensive work experience in the field of executive search and recruitment. Jorge is currently working as a Research Director and Managing Lead at Russell Reynolds Associates since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at EUROMANAGER - Executive Search from January 2018 to July 2022, where they held the position of Head of Research Madrid, responsible for identifying, assessing and attracting talent for clients. Jorge also worked as a Senior Consultant at EUROMANAGER from July 2005 to December 2017, leading executive search projects in various sectors. Before joining EUROMANAGER, Jorge worked as a Headhunter at IHR Consultancy from October 2004 to July 2005, where they were responsible for executive selection. Jorge gained early work experience as a Treasurer (Internship) at L'Oréal from September 2002 to February 2003.

Jorge Favá began their education at Universidad Pontificia Comillas, where they pursued a degree in International Business Administration E-4 with a focus on Finance and Economics. Jorge attended the university from 1998 to 2002. Following this, Jorge enrolled in ESCP Business School from 2003 to 2004, where they obtained their Master's degree in European Business (Oxford-Paris). Their studies at ESCP included a range of subjects such as finance, strategy, and more.
