Keesha-Ann Murphy

Keesha-Ann Murphy has extensive work experience in the field of human capital. Keesha-Ann began their career at March of Dimes in 2006 as a Program Development Intern. In 2006, they also worked as a Human Resource Management Intern at Lancaster Regional Medical Center. Keesha-Ann then joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 2007 as a Human Capital Operations Specialist. Keesha-Ann gradually progressed within the organization, taking on roles such as Senior Human Capital Operations Specialist and Human Capital Generalist. Currently, Keesha-Ann serves as the Director of Human Capital at Russell Reynolds Associates, a position they assumed in July 2021.

Keesha-Ann Murphy attended Franklin & Marshall College from 2003 to 2007, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree. During their time at the college, they focused their studies on Gendered Relations in Business and Organizations.
