Indrawan Ditapradana

Indrawan Ditapradana currently serves as the Director of Human Capital Management at Telkomsel, responsible for leading the overall human resources strategy, including talent management and organizational development, while partnering with executive leadership to align HR practices with business objectives. Prior to this role, Indrawan held various positions at Telkom Indonesia, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Secretary, where responsibilities encompassed managing communication between the board of directors and stakeholders and ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards. Additionally, Indrawan served as Executive Vice President for both the Government Service Division and the MSME Division, focusing on customer management and revenue opportunity creation within the respective sectors. Indrawan holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universitas Gadjah Mada and a Bachelor's degree in Electro from Telkom University.
