Laura Bergey

Laura Bergey has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Laura started their career in 1996 as a Small Enterprise Development Consultant/Volunteer with the Peace Corps, where they evaluated and administered assistance to small businesses and conducted seminars on various topics.

In 1999, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Rosser International, where they composed and edited proposals and presented strategic trend analysis to executive management.

From 2000 to 2001, Laura worked at HotelTools as a Market Analyst, developing a knowledge management database, identifying industry and economic trends, and creating advertising campaigns.

In 2001, they joined PBS&J as an Executive Assistant, providing support to the Regional Sales Manager and managing office operations and personnel.

Laura'slongest tenure was at Russell Reynolds Associates, where they worked from 2004 to 2022. Laura held various roles, including Executive Assistant to the Managing Director/Organizational Psychologist, where they implemented administrative processes and procedures and provided support to the firm's Leadership & Succession Practice. Laura also served as an Engagement Coordinator, managing large-scale projects and advising on project management strategies. Laura'smost recent role at Russell Reynolds was as the Commercial Operations Lead, Assessment and Development.
