Leanna Duong, M.Ed, serves as a Leadership Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates since June 2022, previously holding the position of Leadership Effectiveness Analyst at Shore Capital Partners from May 2021 to May 2022. Leanna holds a Master's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Vanderbilt University, along with a degree in Cognitive Studies and Business Administration and Management from the same institution. Leanna graduated with a high school diploma from Instilling Goodness & Developing Virtue Schools.
