Nisa Qosja

Nisa Qosja has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as a Unit Councillor for the Girl Scouts of the USA. Nisa then worked as a Student Ambassador, Student Representative/Voice Leader, and Student Learning Assistant at Middlesex University from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, Nisa served as a Senior Mentor/Community Facilitator for NCS with The Challenge. Nisa later became the President of the LSE SU Albanian Society, where they organized various events and received awards for their contributions. In 2016, Nisa joined EPAM Systems as a Talent Acquisition professional, focusing on diversity work. Nisa also worked at UBS Wealth Management as a PMO/Management Support Officer and BNY Mellon in the Diversity & Inclusion role in EMEA. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at YSC Consulting as a Global Solutions Architect, specializing in Diversity & Inclusion. Currently, Nisa is employed at Russell Reynolds Associates as a Knowledge Director, focusing on Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion.

Nisa Qosja has a solid education history, starting with their A-Levels at Westminster Kingsway College from 2009 to 2011. Nisa studied English Language & Literature, Media, and Film Studies during this time.

After completing their A-Levels, Nisa attended Middlesex University from 2011 to 2014. Nisa pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education Studies, focusing on the field of Education.

Later on, in 2014 and 2015, Nisa enrolled at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) to pursue a Master of Science degree in Gender, Policy, and Inequalities. The specific field of study during this program is not provided.
