Noah Schwarz

Noah Schwarz has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Noah currently holds the position of Managing Director on the Private Capital Leadership Team and serves as the Global Head of Private Credit at Russell Reynolds Associates since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Korn Ferry as a Senior Client Partner from December 2014 to April 2021. Noah also served as a Partner at CTPartners from April 2013 to November 2014 and worked in Executive Search Consulting at Heidrick & Struggles from February 2011 to April 2013. Noah Schwarz began their career in 2000 at Alliance Capital Management in Asset Management. Noah went on to work at various companies such as ACI Capital Group in Private Equity, US Securities and Exchange Commission in the Office of the Chairman, United States Senate in the Press Office, Davis Polk & Wardwell in the Restructuring Practice, and Goldman Sachs & Co. where they worked in Investment Banking & GSAM. Noah Schwarz's experience spans a range of industries and positions, showcasing their expertise in private capital, client partnership, executive search, and investment banking.

Noah Schwarz attended Colgate University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Prior to their time at Colgate University, they attended Horace Greeley High School.
