Todd Safferstone is the Co-Leader of Strategy & Excellence at Russell Reynolds Associates. Todd has over 20 years of experience in strategy, product management, recruiting, and learning & development.

Todd began their career as an Analyst at Mercer HR Consulting in 1999. Todd then joined the Corporate Executive Board in 2000, where they held various positions including Managing Director of Product Management, CLC Recruiting, and CLC Learning & Development. In 2011, Todd joined Russell Reynolds Associates as a Co-Leader in Strategy & Excellence.

Todd has a proven track record in developing and executing successful strategies that have led to tangible results for their clients. Todd is a thought leader in the areas of recruiting and learning & development, and has been published in numerous publications. Todd is a highly sought-after speaker and has presented at many conferences around the world.

Todd Safferstone received a BA in Theirtory from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
