Wibke Dauletiar

Wibke Dauletiar has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Wibke is currently working as an Executive Director in the Technology Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates, a global leadership advisory firm. In this role, they help clients address complex leadership issues and build teams of transformational leaders.

Prior to their current position, Wibke founded and served as a Coach for LaCoach, where they provided coaching services for managers and executives, conducted workshops for teams in transition, and implemented the Trusted Advisor Program for CXOs.

Wibke also served as the Managing Director at Greenhouse Innovation Lab, where they collaborated with the RTL Media Group to validate ideas, invest, create prototypes, develop business models, and deliver innovative products using design thinking and lean start-up tools.

During their tenure at Gruner + Jahr GmbH, Wibke held multiple positions including General Manager of Transformation, Managing Director / Publisher of the G+J News Group, and Head of Mobile Brand and Commercial Solutions. In these roles, they were responsible for leading transformation initiatives, managing publishing operations, and overseeing mobile brand and commercial solutions.

Before joining Gruner + Jahr, Wibke embarked on a sabbatical to travel the world. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Gruner + Jahr and held positions at Financial Times Deutschland as Senior Product Manager Electronic Media and Product Manager Electronic Media.

Additionally, Wibke gained experience as a Visiting Associate at The Boston Consulting Group and as a Marketing Intern at Hugo Boss. Wibke'sdiverse background showcases their expertise in leadership advisory, coaching, innovation, transformation, publishing, and marketing.

Wibke Dauletiar attended the University of Hamburg from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a Magister degree in Medienkultur. In 2002, they also participated in an exchange program at Leeds Trinity University, focusing on media studies.

In addition to their formal education, Wibke Dauletiar has pursued various certifications. In 2017, they became a Certified Coach from the Deutscher Verband für Coaching und Training (dvct) e.V. Wibke further enhanced their skills by obtaining the title of NLP Master from the Deutscher Verband für Neuro-Linguistisches Programmieren e.V. - DVNLP in 2011. Wibke also completed the program "Mastering New Challenges" at the Harvard Business School in 2014. In 2018, they obtained a certification as a Change and Organizational Development Consultant from alwart & team. Most recently, in June 2020, they completed a course called "The Science of Well-Being" at Yale University.
