Barbara S.

Barbara S. has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Barbara currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Russell Standard since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked for United States Steel Corporation as the Director of Talent Acquisition, University Relations, and HR Compliance from August 2008 to April 2020. From July 2003 to July 2008, Barbara served as the Manager of Staffing and University Relations at Westinghouse Electric Company. Barbara also worked as an HR Team Leader at Schreiber Foods from December 2000 to July 2002.

Barbara S. holds a BA degree in HR from Robert Morris University and an MA degree in Organizational Leadership/HR from Capella University. Barbara has also obtained certifications such as the Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in July 2023 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in February 2020.
