Cathy Heiman

Cathy Heiman is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience in compensation and total rewards management. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Total Rewards & HR Operations Leader at Russell Stover Chocolates since July 2018, Cathy has previously held senior positions at DST Systems as Sr. Director of Compensation and at Sprint in various roles including Manager of Compensation, Compliance and Operations. With a strong focus on equitable compensation and employee relations, Cathy has directed teams in compensation functions, developed salary management resources, and managed job evaluation processes across organizations. Educationally, Cathy holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas and a Six Sigma Certification from Villanova University.
