Greg Carlson

Greg Carlson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the chocolate manufacturing industry, currently semi-retired while serving as a mentor and advisor. Since December 1996, Carlson has held various senior leadership roles at Russell Stover Chocolates, including Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President of Manufacturing & Engineering, leading multiple production plants, logistics, packaging development, and environmental health and safety initiatives. Prior to Russell Stover, Carlson was the General Manager of Operations at Gorant Chocolatier, LLC, where responsibilities included overseeing manufacturing and logistical operations for a significant regional confectionery business. Education includes a Senior Leadership Program from IMD and a degree from Youngstown State University.
