Joseph Hilla, MBA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and operational oversight. Currently serving as the Director of Finance, Operations at Russell Stover Chocolates since June 2023, Joseph previously held numerous key roles at General Motors from February 2011 to June 2023, including Plant Controller and Program Cost Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing large budgets, financial reporting, and leading finance teams. Prior experiences include roles at Ernst & Young, LLP, as a Senior Consultant, focusing on internal audits and process improvement, as well as positions in accounting and technical support. Joseph holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Walsh College.
