Jennifer Deans is a seasoned Rail and Construction Specialist with extensive experience in technical recruitment spanning over a decade. Since April 2013, Jennifer has been with Russell Taylor Associates, a company recognized for its expertise across various sectors including Oil, Gas, and Construction, collaborating with leading organizations both nationally and internationally. Prior to this role, Jennifer served as a Rail Coordinator at The Liverpool Recruitment Company from April 2012 to April 2013, where responsibilities included managing rail staff and maintaining compliance with rail standards. Jennifer is an alumnus of St Ambrose Barlow Catholic College.
