Ing. Olivier Waffo

Olivier Waffo, Ing., LSSBB, currently serves as Directeur Principal, Opérations Industrielles at Maison Russet inc. since December 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing industrial operations and ensuring adherence to company standards through effective team management and performance monitoring. Concurrently, Olivier holds the position of Coordonnateur SST et Amélioration continue at Équipements Twin Inc. since September 2015, managing industrial and safety projects while enhancing employee engagement in safety programs. Previous experience includes serving as Superviseur d'usine at SAFCA from January 2007 to December 2011, where Olivier successfully supervised a workforce, optimized production scheduling, and led continuous improvement initiatives. Olivier holds a degree from Polytechnique Montréal, obtained between 2013 and 2016.
