Frank Caetta

Frank Caetta is an experienced aerosol coatings professional, currently serving as an R&D Leader at Rust-Oleum Corporation since 2025. With a background that includes roles as Senior R&D Scientist and R&D Scientist at the same company, Frank previously worked as a Senior Chemist at Sherwin-Williams (Valspar) from 1999 to 2018 and as a Chemist at OM Group from 1996 to 1999. Frank is pursuing an M.B.A. in business administration at Ashland University, alongside a B.A. in biology from Kenyon College and a B.S. in chemistry from Cleveland State University.
