Jeff Pawlicki possesses extensive experience in the construction and engineering industry, currently serving as NY Regional Manager at Ruston Paving since March 2002, where leadership and regional growth are prioritized in alignment with corporate ideals. Previously, Jeff held the position of Division Manager at Ruston Paving and worked as a Project Engineer at Stantec and O&G Industries, Inc., focusing on project design, inspection, estimating, and project management. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University, earned in 1995.
