Paul Bilz

Paul Bilz is an experienced professional in field operations and project management within the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Field Operations Manager at Ruston Paving since March 2013, Paul focuses on the coordination of field and office operations, as well as recruiting and onboarding field employees. Paul's earlier experiences include a Project Management Intern role at Ruston Paving Co., Inc., where responsibilities involved supporting project managers during the estimating process, and an Engineering Intern position with the City of Rochester - Bureau of Water, conducting various tests related to water distribution. Additionally, Paul interned as a Quality Control Technician at Lafarge North America and managed general maintenance tasks at Fourteen Holy Helpers Parish. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology and an Associate of Science in Construction Management and Engineering Technology from Erie Community College.
