Lisa Montague

Lisa Montague is a banking and finance attorney with a focus on debt and equity funding and capital raises. She brings to the firm extensive experience representing public and private clients with strategizing, organizing, documenting and closing complex financing deals across the U.S. and internationally. She works with lenders, borrowers and investors.

Before joining Rutan, Lisa gained invaluable experience as an associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, LLP representing sophisticated banking institutions financing intricate, high-value projects for large-scale infrastructure and energy projects. Lisa’ experience includes but is not limited to secured loan transactions, restructuring/spinoff, secured financing in the medical field and cannabis field as well as asset sales, stock sales and multi-facility acquisitions at very high levels.
