Aubrey Reichard-Eline

Aubrey Reichard-Eline is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both the nonprofit and corporate sectors. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Development at Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey since 2022, Aubrey also co-founded and presides over WITH Grace Initiative, which focuses on supporting pediatric cancer research and advocacy. Additionally, Aubrey is the Principal at Impact Initiative LLC, offering strategic branding and marketing services. Previous roles include Director of Corporate and Community Engagement for the American Childhood Cancer Organization from 2020 to 2022 and various positions in product merchandising for top fashion brands such as SWAROVSKI, The Donna Karan Company, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, and Liz Claiborne. Aubrey holds a Master of Public Administration from Rutgers School of Public Affairs and Administration, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Design and Merchandising from Drexel University.
