Kim O’Halloran

Kim O’halloran is the current Vice President of Academic Planning & Administration and Chief of Staff at Rutgers University. Kim has been in this position since July of 2022. Prior to their current role, Kim served as Vice Provost at Widener University from June 2017 to July 2022. Before their time at Widener, Kim was the Associate Dean in the College of Education and Human Services at Montclair State University from August 2001 to June 2017. Kim has dedicated their career to higher education and administration and has been a leader in both their previous positions and their current one.

Kim O'halloran's educational career consists of a BA in English from Rutgers University, an EdM in Education Administration from Rutgers University, and a PhD in Higher Education Administration from New York University.
