Sarah Prout

Sarah Prout is currently the CFO & VP of Finance at Ruth Eckerd Hall. Sarah has over eight years of experience in finance and human resources. Sarah started their career at THE ARC OF LITCHFIELD COUNTY, INC. as the Director of Finance and Human Resources. Sarah was responsible for all fiscal and business operations, including: budget development, financial reporting, cash flow, compliance and security of financial records and all financial reporting requirements with the State of Connecticut and Federal Government. Sarah also sets vision and implements strategies to sustain a strong HR department and high employee morale.

After eight years with THE ARC OF LITCHFIELD COUNTY, INC., Sarah transitioned to Ruth Eckerd Hall where they are now the CFO & VP of Finance. In this role, Sarah is responsible for all aspects of the organization's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash management. Sarah also works closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to develop long-term financial plans and strategies. Under Sarah's leadership, Ruth Eckerd Hall has seen significant financial growth and stability.

Sarah Prout has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Charter Oak State College and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Virginia Western Community College.

Sarah Prout works with Suzanne Delaney - CDO & VP, Development, Bobby Rossi - CPO & EVP, Entertainment, and Sharon Reid-Kane - Chief Education, Community Engagement Officer, VP of Education & Community Engagement. Their manager is Susan Crockett, President & CEO.
