Penny Kell is a seasoned educator and business professional with a strong background in marketing and recruitment. Currently serving as a Business and Marketing Teacher at Riverdale High School since December 2012, Penny also facilitates a summer internship program for rising seniors at Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce. Prior to these roles, Penny gained extensive experience as an Executive Recruiter at Snelling Staffing Services of Huntsville, specializing in the banking sector, and as an Account Manager at Volt, where responsibilities included managing client accounts and direct placements. Early career experience includes working as a CSR and BCBS Membership Coordinator at Rutherford County Farm Bureau. Penny holds a Master of Education degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Middle Tennessee State University, where studies were completed from 2013 to 2015.
