Jorge Gallegos

Jorge Gallegos is an experienced Human Resources Manager with a strong background in the wine industry. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Round Hill Cellars DBA Rutherford Wine Company since June 2022, Jorge has previously held similar roles at Bergin Screen Printing and Etching, Pahlmeyer LLC, Crimson Wine Group, and BBSI, showcasing a dedicated career in managing human resources functions. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Workers’ Compensation Specialist at Treasury Wine Estates and Senior Human Resources Representative at Foster’s Wine Estates Americas and Robert Mondavi Corporation. Jorge holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Human Resources from Sonoma State University, and graduated from St. Helena High School.
