Emma Sweeny

Emma Sweeny has extensive experience in children's social care, currently serving as the Head of Children’s Social Care at Rutland County Council since November 2019. Prior to this role, Emma held the position of Service Manager at Northamptonshire County Council from September 2005 to November 2019, where significant expertise in managing services for children was developed.
