Kimberley Buzzard is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in local government communications. Currently serving as a Senior Communications Officer at Rutland County Council since August 2022, Kimberley previously held the position of Communications Manager at North Northamptonshire Council from April 2021 to August 2022. Between July 2004 and April 2021, Kimberley was a Communications Officer at Corby Borough Council, where management of the local authority’s Communications Office was undertaken. Kimberley began the career as an Assistant Communications Officer. Educationally, Kimberley holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Marketing from the University of Bedfordshire, attained from 2001 to 2004.
