Mental Health Services

The Mental Health Services team at Community Care Network / Rutland Mental Health Services provides comprehensive support for individuals facing mental health challenges. This team includes Crisis Clinicians who offer immediate assistance during mental health emergencies, CRT Case Managers who coordinate long-term care plans, School Based Mental Health Counselors who support students' mental health needs within educational settings, and Therapeutic Case Managers who deliver tailored therapeutic interventions and case management services. Together, they work collaboratively to enhance mental well-being throughout the greater Rutland region.
