Ramon Demelbauer

Ramon Demelbauer has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ramon is currently serving as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at RUTRONIK Electronics Worldwide since July 2021. Previously, from April 2016 to June 2021, they held the position of Managing Director/CEO at TERRABIT IT Solutions.

Prior to that, Ramon Demelbauer worked as a Member of the Advisory Board at TSG AG and TSG Inc. from January 2012 to December 2016. Ramon successfully grew the SAP Practice in EMEA, expanding the team from 250 to 1500 consultants while maintaining firm contribution margin.

Ramon Demelbauer's earlier experience includes their tenure at EDS, starting in October 1988 and ending in June 1996. During this time, they held various senior management positions and played a key role in developing and launching the EDS business process outsourcing strategy in Europe.
