As a former U.S. Marine, Charlie Shephard naturally has the discipline, focus, and ability to deftly maneuver through fast-paced work environments while managing multiple lines of communication and varying responsibilities. In his professional roles as Fleet Maintenance Leader, he has delivered long-term results on durability of assets through internal and external partnerships as well as technology and human capital development.

In his recent time with RutterKey, Charlie served as the lead functional Business Analyst for an IFS Apps10 service contract implementation with a software and technology developer that designs operating systems specifically for the shipping and maritime terminal industry. As such, he worked directly with the client to improve service and invoice automation throughout their business cycle, reducing manual key entries in order to streamline redundant tasks.
