Mike Alessio

As one of the original business analysts, Mike knows the ins-and-outs of IFS implementation – and he has been a key adviser for many of the RutterKey clients he has worked with over the last 10 years.

Mike is the resident expert in the IFS functionality areas of Projects and Document Management.

On a recent IFS Apps project with a global manufacturer and distributor of rotating unions, siphons, steam joints, and slip rings, Mike took the lead on Quality Management functionality. He has assumed the same role for a system upgrade for a leading producer of batteries and energetic devices serving mission-critical aerospace, defense, aviation, and medical battery markets.

Mike has worked closely with several clients in the oil & gas, utilities, and electrical contracting & construction industries. Beyond his usual areas of expertise, Mike has also handled oversight of Sales Contract & Subcontract Management functionality.
