Rajesh G Santhanam has extensive experience in various leadership roles. RAJESH served as the CEO of RV Matrix Software Technologies Private Limited, where they guided business unit leaders in formulating new vision and strategic direction. RAJESH also served as the CEO of Ravikumar Distilleries Limited, overseeing the manufacturing and trade of Indian Made Foreign Liquor. Prior to that, they held the role of CEO at RV MATRIX SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD, where they developed automation tools and ERP systems. RAJESH also worked as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Green Signal Bio Pharma, where they facilitated export markets and achieved revenue and profit growth. RAJESH worked as a Business Process Manager at CEVA LOGISTICS, handling multiple customers and implementing cost-cutting procedures. Additionally, they served as the Managing Director of PRIM & PROPER ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED, where they were responsible for managing the company's operations. RAJESH started their career as the Production Manager at Cotton House Export Corporation, where they improved logistics services and oversaw production management.

Rajesh G Santhanam's education history begins in 1991 when they attended Vanavani M H S S for their secondary education. After completing their secondary education, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering from PSG College of Technology, graduating in 2001. In 2004, Rajesh enrolled at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis to obtain their MBA in Logistics & Operations Management, which they completed in 2006. During the same period, they also earned a Graduate Certificate in Global Supply Chain Management from Washington University in St. Louis. In 2008, Rajesh attended the Miller Heiman Sales Performance Company and received a Miller Heiman Certificate on Strategic and Conceptual selling. RAJESH'seducation journey continues as they are currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management from Anna University, a program they will complete in 2023.
