Cami Prater

Cami Prater has experience in various roles related to human resources and safety management. Cami has worked at Blue Compass RV as a Workers' Compensation and Safety Manager, as well as a Human Resources Coordinator. Prior to this, Cami was a People Lead at Walmart and served as Secretary at Ball State SHRM Chapter. Cami also has experience as a Resident Assistant and a Reservations Team Member at Ball State University. Cami holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Ball State University.
