Daniela Toesca

Daniela Toesca has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Daniela began their career as an intern at Bombril, where they gained experience in the legal department, focusing on trademarks, patents, corporate, civil, and labor areas. Daniela then moved on to Silva Mello Advogados Associados, working as a lawyer for two years.

In 2008, Daniela joined PwC Brazil and served as a Tax Manager. Their main responsibilities included auditing and consulting in direct and indirect taxes, tax planning, due diligence, and project coordination. Daniela worked with clients from various sectors, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and identifying opportunities for tax optimization.

Since 2018, Daniela has been associated with RVC Sociedade de Advogados, where they started as a Partner and later became the Head of Human Resources. In this role, they focused on transforming HR into a strategic area of the company. Daniela introduced global social sustainability standards, implemented automation processes, developed performance management programs, and created internal communication methods. Additionally, they played an active role in the diversity and inclusion committee.

Throughout their career, Daniela has demonstrated expertise in tax law, project coordination, leadership, and team training. Daniela has experience in tax diagnosis, M&A transactions, and providing tax consulting services.
