Deserea Brito

Deserea Brito currently serves as Operations Support Program Manager at RVC since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Latino Community Fund of Washington State as People and Culture Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing human resources functions and providing support to community-based organizations. Deserea also held positions in operations and capacity building, and as Executive/Operations Assistant at the same organization. Additional experience includes serving as NBEC Project Coordinator at the Evans School of Public Policy and Governance, managing professional development programs, and working at Second Image National as Production Specialist/Operations Clerk. Early career roles include internship with Congresswoman Grace Napolitano and a position as Student Employment Assistant at Georgetown University. Deserea holds a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Culture and Politics from Georgetown University.
