Communities of color are left out of every important issue of the day, particularly in the Rainier Valley. Organizations seeking to fix this face many barriers to building capacity – particularly funding, staffing, and a lack of time. RVC seeks to train passionate, emerging leaders to build capacity and creates opportunities for collaboration within these communities. Creating a world where communities of color have the power to fulfill dreams for our communities and working together to change policies and systems.

The Operations Support team at RVC ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of organizational activities by providing comprehensive administrative and logistical support. They coordinate daily operations, manage resources, and streamline processes to help overcome barriers related to funding, staffing, and time, enabling RVC to effectively train leaders and foster collaboration within communities of color in the Rainier Valley.
