Madison Hughes

Madison Hughes has a solid background in visual merchandising and retail management. Starting in 2012, Madison worked as an Assistant Manager at Laurenly Boutique for several months before moving on to Jack's Surfboards. At Jack's Surfboards, Madison first served as a Store Manager from April 2013 to May 2014 and then transitioned into the role of Fashion Merchandiser from June 2014 to November 2016. Continuing to expand their expertise, Madison joined Billabong in November 2016 as a Visual Road Merchandiser, where they worked until March 2019. Most recently, Madison has been employed at RVCA as a Senior Visual Merchandiser, starting in March 2019.

Madison Hughes obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Women's Studies from California State University, Fullerton, where they studied from 2009 to 2014.
