Julie Glazener

Julie Glazener has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Julie is currently working as a Coördinator HR-servicedesk at PLUS Retail since February 2023.

Prior to this, in January 2023, they participated in the HR Interim Professional talent program at Rvdb, where they gained experience in different HR roles across multiple organizations, ranging from operational to managerial positions. The program also focused on personal and professional development to prepare participants for the role of HR Business Partner.

From September 2020, Julie worked as an Adviseur at EHdK - het doebureau, specializing in healthcare management. Julie'sresponsibilities included facilitating collaboration between organizations, implementing innovative projects in the healthcare sector, and assisting executives in improving their own organizations.

Before their role at EHdK, Julie worked as an Operations Support at Brenger from February 2020 to September 2020.

In 2019, Julie had an internship at Aon Inpoint, where they gained insights into the insurance industry.

From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Domestic and Day-care Help at Thuiszorg Comfort, providing assistance to individuals in need of daily care.

In 2016, Julie held a full-time board position as Fiscus Secunda at G.S.C. Vindicat atque Polit, a prominent student association in Groningen.

Julie also has experience with student organizations, having served as Vice-chairman/Accountmanager and Eventsmanager/Accountmanager at Integrand, a national career association, in 2015 and 2016.

Additionally, they worked as an English tutor at BijlesMatch from September 2013 to July 2016.

Julie started their professional journey at Vivium Zorggroep in 2011 as a Daycare Nurse at Psychogeriatric Nursing Home 'de Stichtse Hof', where they worked until 2016.

Julie Glazener completed their Master's degree in Crisis- and Security Management from Leiden University in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in International Business Administration from the University of Groningen, where they studied from 2012 to 2018. In 2013 and 2014, they took additional courses in Natural Sciences and Chemistry at the James Boswell Instituut. In 2011 and 2012, they studied at the Institute Linguistique du Peyrou in Montpellier, earning a DELF B2 qualification in French. Julie Glazener attended Gemeentelijk Gymnasium Hilversum from 2005 to 2011, where they completed their VWO/Gymnasium education.
