Marieke van den Boogaard

Marieke van den Boogaard has a diverse and extensive work experience. Marieke started their career as a Research Intern at MoMu Fashion Museum Antwerp in 2017. Following that, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at FINTREX BV, where they managed the recruitment process for customer service representatives in the financial sector. Marieke also handled administrative tasks such as contract preparation and HR system management.

In 2020, Marieke joined GGD Rotterdam-Rijnmond as a Training Coordinator and BCO Coach. Marieke was responsible for designing and coordinating training programs for approximately 300 employees, including onboarding. Additionally, they provided coaching and training to new staff members.

From 2021 onwards, Marieke worked at Rvdb, starting as an HR Interim Professional. During this time, they also took on the role of Talent Coordinator a.i. In these positions, they provided HR expertise and support to the organization.

In 2022, Marieke served as a Jr. Personeelsadviseur a.i. at the Rijksmuseum. Their responsibilities included recruitment and selection, onboarding, and HR support. Marieke contributed to the development of the employer brand.

Continuing their career in HR, Marieke worked at NIBC Bank in 2022 as an HR Business Partner a.i. via Rvdb. Marieke then joined Xebia in 2023 as an HR Business Partner a.i. via Rvdb. Currently, they are working at bol.com as an HR Business Partner.

Marieke van den Boogaard completed their Master's degree in Human Resource Studies at Tilburg University from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Premaster program in Human Resource Studies at the same university from 2019 to 2020. Marieke holds a Bachelor's degree in Leisure from Breda University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained from 2013 to 2017. Their secondary education was completed at Carmel College Gouda from 2006 to 2013, where they followed the VWO/Pre-university curriculum with a focus on Economics and Society.
