Marleen Ruiterkamp

Marleen Ruiterkamp has a diverse work experience in HR and recruitment roles. Marleen is currently working as an HR Interim Professional at Rvdb, where they handle challenging HR assignments for different organizations and participates in the trainee program to develop their personal and professional skills. Prior to that, they worked as a Compensation & Data HR Officer a.i at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, where they were responsible for managing HR tasks for a population of around 150 employees. Marleen also worked as a Jr. HR Consultant & Recruiter at Wave5, focusing on helping clients utilize data for growth. Marleen gained experience in recruitment and HR roles as a Graduation Student and Junior HR & Recruitment Officer at ForFarmers, and as an HR intern at EC English Language Centres. Marleen's earliest work experience includes serving as a Workcoach at Gemeente Groningen and as a Bartender at Sweet Byron.
