Nadia Taadou began their work experience as an Interim HR Professional at Rvdb in 2007, where they worked until 2010. Nadia then moved on to roles as an HR officer a.i. at WoningNet and as a Projectsecretaris plaatsingsbureau at Gemeente Amsterdam, Stadsdeel Oud-Zuid. In 2010, they joined PLUS Retail as an HR Adviseur a.i. and also worked at oud as a Consultant HR & Payroll from 2010 to 2014. In 2012, Nadia worked as an HR Adviseur a.i. at Bislife and started working as a Recruitment Consultant HR at Rvdb in 2011, where they continue to build relationships with existing clients for the fulfillment of interim HR assignments.

Nadia Taadou has a Bachelor's degree in HRM from NCOI Opleidingen. Nadia completed this degree at an unknown time. From 2008 to 2011, they attended NCOI and obtained a HBO degree in HRM. Additionally, from 2000 to 2003, Nadia attended HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) and studied Business economics / Economie en management / Economie en zakelijk beheer, although they did not obtain a degree in this field of study.
