Rinne van Krieken

Rinne van Krieken has diverse work experience in the field of human resources. They started their career as an HR assistant at Chemours Netherlands in 2019. In 2020, they joined YER as a human resources graduate intern, where they gained experience in conducting interviews, onboarding policies, and supporting consultants in candidate search. Later that year, they transitioned to the role of research consultant at YER, where they continued supporting consultants in finding candidates and approaching various finance vacancies. In 2021, Rinne worked as an HR operations officer at Backbase and as an HR interim professional at Rvdb. They also worked as an HR officer at Sif Group and as an HR business partner at The Chemours Company, both via Rvdb. Currently, Rinne is working as an HR partner at Accenture, also via Rvdb.

Rinne van Krieken started their education at Avans University of Applied Sciences in 2016, where they pursued a field of study in Human Resource Management. They completed their studies at Avans in 2020 without obtaining a specific degree. Following this, Rinne enrolled at Tilburg University in 2019 to pursue a Pre-Master in Human Resource Studies. They successfully completed the Pre-Master program in 2020. Rinne then continued their education at Tilburg University, graduating in 2021 with a Master's degree specifically in Human Resources.
