Stefanie Fett's work experience begins in 1998 as a Consultant at Projactive B.V., where they worked until 2003. Stefanie then joined Beljon + Westerterp as a Consultant for Personal Development in 2004. In 2007, they started their own business, Sentimar Consulting, where they worked as an Owner and Freelancer until 2011. During this time, they also volunteered as an HR professional at www.net4kids.org.

From 2007 to 2018, Stefanie worked at Sentimar Consulting & Coaching, specializing in consulting and coaching services. In 2016, they joined Vesting Hotel Naarden as an HR Manager, responsible for HR, development, and personnel tasks related to setting up and developing a new hotel in Naarden-Vesting.

In 2015, Stefanie worked as a Business Development professional at Red Barn B.V. and as a Freelance Senior HR Development Advisor. Stefanie also worked at Projactive as a Senior Associate in HR Services from 2012 to 2015, where they facilitated reorganizations and established and trained an external flexpool of Consultants for various assignments.

Most recently, Stefanie has been working at Rvdb as a Recruitment Lead, a role they started in January 2022. Before that, they served as a Senior Consultant for HR Executives from 2018 to 2022.

Stefanie Fett began their education in 1994 at Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen. Stefanie pursued a degree in International Business Studies and completed their studies in 1998. In 1996, they also attended Middlesex Business University in London, where they focused on International Business. In 2011, they briefly attended the Coaching Academy International.
