Joshua Phillips has worked in the software development field since 2009. Joshua began their career as a Program Assistant at Algonquin College and then a Programmer (COOP) at Statistics Canada. In 2010, they founded Glitchsoft Games, where they held the roles of Founder & Lead UI/UX Developer, Lead Platform Developer, and Lead UI Developer. In 2015, they moved to AffinityClick Inc. as an Application Developer. In 2017, they became a Senior Mobile Developer at Camcloud. In 2020, they transitioned to Thales as a Mobile Application Developer, and in 2021 they joined RVezy as a Senior Mobile Developer.

Joshua Phillips attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in Game Development with a focus on Programming. Prior to that, they attended the University of Waterloo from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor's of Mathematics with a focus on Programming.
