Jill Sproch has extensive experience in performance improvement and regulatory compliance within healthcare organizations. Currently serving as an OASIS Clinical Specialist and Performance Improvement Manager at RVNAhealth since December 2011, Jill has previously held positions as Performance Improvement/Regulatory Supervisor and Performance Improvement Nurse at Visiting Nurse and Hospice Care of Southwestern CT. With a strong background in overseeing performance improvement activities, conducting audits, and providing education on regulatory standards, Jill has played a crucial role in quality assurance and compliance.
