Kristie Lane

Kristie Lane is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and management. Currently serving as a Case Management Nurse at RVNAhealth since September 2022, Kristie specializes in home health nursing, Medicare management, and OASIS assessments. Prior nursing roles include a Registered Nurse in Cardiac/Telemetry at St. Vincent Medical Center, and experience as a Telemetry Technician at Hartford Hospital.
