Ashley Pruner

Ashley Pruner currently serves as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Healthgrades division within RVO Health, leading B2B sales, account management, market development, product innovation, and operations. Previously, Ashley held the same title at Optum Now, where a successful business strategy led to a significant investment and the development of a consumer engagement platform. Career progression at Optum included roles such as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Optum Store, Vice President of Product and General Manager of the Direct-to-Consumer business, as well as critical positions in product strategy and operations. Earlier experiences include roles at Best Buy Corporate, Tecmark Loyalty Marketing, and Skelton Drug. Ashley is an alumnus of Stanford University's Executive Development Program and St. Cloud State University.
