Catherine Zimmermann

Catherine Zimmermann, NBC-HWC, is a seasoned health professional currently serving as Health Coach Manager at RVO Health since January 2023. Previously, Catherine held the position of Health Coach Supervisor at Optum from September 2021 to January 2023 and worked at Rally Health where roles included On-Boarding Team Lead and Health Coach Team Lead from May 2018 to September 2021. Prior to that, Catherine was a Core Coach and Health Coach at Real Appeal from September 2015 to May 2018 and began the career at Life Time Fitness in Facility Operations from September 2013 to August 2015. Catherine holds a B.S. in Physical Education from Northern State University and a Health Licensure in Health Education and Promotion from Bemidji State University.
