Mary Kate Chester

Mary Kate Chester is a seasoned professional in talent operations and acquisition, currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Talent Operations at RVO Health since June 2022. In this role, Mary Kate leads initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Offboarding, HR Compliance, Immigration, and Employee Lifecycle Operations for a multibillion-dollar organization that merges Red Ventures and Optum. Prior to this, Mary Kate held various leadership positions at Red Ventures from May 2015 to June 2022, including Director of Talent Acquisition and Talent Analytics. Early career experience includes roles at Royall & Company, where responsibilities encompassed project coordination and vendor management. Mary Kate earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of South Carolina, completing studies in May 2013, and is an alumna of Trinity Episcopal School (RVA), graduating in 2009.
