Neha Bhalla

Neha Bhalla is a Performance Analyst at RVO Health since July 2024, demonstrating expertise in data-driven analysis and performance improvement. Previously, Neha served as President and Marketing Director at TEDxRutgers from September 2021 to June 2024, managing social media and email marketing to enhance conference attendance and speaker recruitment. As a Talent Marketing Intern at Zillow in summer 2023, Neha contributed to employer branding and content creation to engage potential interns and employees. Neha has also held roles as Assistant Account Manager at The Found Gen, Event Planning & Logistics + Marketing Intern at Rutgers Campus Programs, Social Media Marketing Consultant at The Environmental Career Coach, and Instructor/TA at Yu's Elite Education. Neha holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Information Technology & Informatics from Rutgers University–New Brunswick, completed in 2024.
