Zach Whitehead

Zach Whitehead has diverse work experience in various technology roles. Zach started their career at Movable as a Junior Software Engineer, where they gained experience in full-stack development. Zach then joined the University of Mount Union as an Information Technology Consultant, providing customer service and resolving hardware and software issues. Additionally, they served as the IT Director for WRMU, where they facilitated web development and produced a weekly radio show. Zach later co-founded OpenPPG, where they focused on building electric paramotors and developing embedded firmware. Currently, Zach is working at RVshare, initially joining as a Lead Software Development Engineer and later transitioning to the role of Software Engineering Manager. In this position, they have been involved in strategic planning, team expansion, and hiring. Zach has also played a key role in building core platform features and managing the transition of payment processors.

Zach Whitehead obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, and Web Design from the University of Mount Union, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Canfield High School from 2008 to 2011. In terms of certifications, they obtained an A+ Certification from CompTIA in May 2013 and an Elasticsearch Engineer I certification from Elastic in an undisclosed year.
